International Shipping
The shipping price will be displayed in USD, with an approximate cost of $50 USD.
Free Shipping: Orders over $150 USD qualify for free shipping.

Please keep in mind that each country has its own customs tax regulations. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the order or via subsequent billing from the carrier.
International shipments are handled via FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days.

SOUTH AMERICA: 3 to 8 business days | Approx. shipping cost: $45 USD (Free shipping on orders over $150 USD)
EUROPE: 3 to 8 business days | Approx. shipping cost: $45 USD (Free shipping on orders over $150 USD)
Domestic Shipping (Colombia)
The shipping price will be displayed in Colombian Pesos (COP).
Free Shipping: Orders over $200,000 COP qualify for free shipping (does not apply to Cash on Delivery / Pago Contraentrega).
Domestic shipments are handled via Envía, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times & Rates:
BOGOTÁ: 1 to 3 business days | Shipping cost: $10,000 COP (Free shipping on orders over $200,000 COP)
CUNDINAMARCA: 2 to 3 business days | Shipping cost: $12,000 COP (Free shipping on orders over $200,000 COP)
NATIONAL (Rest of Colombia): 3 to 7 business days | Shipping cost: $15,000 COP (Free shipping on orders over $200,000 COP)
Important Terms & Conditions
Exchanges Window: Exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
Sale Items: Promotional items can only be exchanged for a different size, not for a different product reference.
Item Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must retain all original tags and be returned in their original packaging.
Exchanges for Size or Color: Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or higher value, with the customer paying the price difference.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory stock or production times (if materials are available).
Shipping Fees: The shipping cost for returning the item and sending the exchange garment will be covered by the customer.
Unclaimed International Orders: If an order arrives at its destination and the customer refuses to pay customs duties, any costs incurred to return the package to Colombia will be deducted from the customer's refund. If local customs authorities decide to seize/destroy the package due to unpaid duties, no refund will be issued.
NOTE: In cases of warranty claims, all shipping costs will be covered by RockCycling, provided the item shows no signs of misuse.
Warranty Policy
Our garments come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Please ensure you follow the care instructions printed on the product labels.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. RockCycling will have five (5) business days to determine if the product meets the criteria for an exchange or warranty replacement.
If the item does not meet our policy criteria, we will inform the customer via email or WhatsApp explaining the reason, and the product will be shipped back to the original delivery address (after confirmation with the recipient).
